Colonial Williamsburg Lodge and Conference Center Williamsburg, Virginia

Room Rate and Reservations

The room rate is $111.25 per night plus 10% tax (single or double occupancy). Reservations must be made by August 7, 2007 to receive this rate. For reservations, please call: 1-800-261-9530. The hotels include free internet access, in-room coffee makers, and in-room safes.

Room Reservation Procedures: All individual reservations must be accompanied by a one night's deposit for room and tax. Individual deposits are refundable, provided notice of cancellation is received by The Resort at least 5 days prior to arrival. (Close of business - 5:00 pm local time). Reservations may be charged to Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner's Club. Credit card deposits are charged at the time the reservation is made. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. at all Colonial Williamsburg Hotels. Please refer to Reservation No. INTH07B or the Association of State Wetland Managers when making your reservation at 800-261-9530.

Historic Area Tickets: $15 each

The Resort has extended the option to purchase a special Historic Area Ticket that is good for the duration of the Conference and includes access to historic attractions and museums (see below). It does not include extras such as films or carriage rides. The conference pass is offered at a rate of $15 per ticket and can be charged to your room.

Historic Area Ticket Includes:

	w	NEW - The Revolutionary City, a Colonial Williamsburg adventure!
	w	Length-of-stay admission to Colonial Williamsburg’s Historic Area while residing at the Williamsburg Inn and Providence Hall, Williamsburg Lodge, Colonial Houses–Historic Lodging, Woodlands Hotel & Suites, or Governor’s Inn. This includes:
			DeWitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum,
			Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum, and
			Bassett Hall.

	w	50 percent discount on evening Colonial Performances tickets (excludes holiday special event programs or dining events).
	w	Admission to regular daytime programs* and Colonial Explorer Activities (excludes events for which separate paid admission is required. Some regular daytime programs require advance reservations).
	w	Viewing of the short film Williamsburg: The Story of a Patriot
	w	Free parking at the Visitor Center and use of Colonial Williamsburg shuttle buses.
	w	Orientation Walk
