Room Rate and Reservations |
The room rate
is $111.25 per night plus 10% tax (single or double occupancy).
Reservations must be made by August 7, 2007 to receive
this rate. For reservations, please call: 1-800-261-9530. The
hotels include free internet access, in-room coffee makers, and
in-room safes. |
Room Reservation
Procedures: All individual reservations must be accompanied
by a one night's deposit for room and tax. Individual deposits
are refundable, provided notice of cancellation is received by
The Resort at least 5 days prior to arrival. (Close of
business - 5:00 pm local time). Reservations may be charged to
Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner's Club.
Credit card deposits are charged at the time the reservation is
made. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00
a.m. at all Colonial Williamsburg Hotels. Please refer to Reservation
No. INTH07B or the Association of State Wetland Managers
when making your reservation at 800-261-9530. |

The Resort
has extended the option to purchase a special Historic Area
Ticket that is good for the duration of the Conference and
includes access to historic attractions and museums (see below).
