REGISTRATION FEES: Rates shown are for Early Registration Discount Thru August 1, 2008. After that date, the regular fee will apply.

*Registration will be accepted through September 10. To register after this date, please register on-site. ** Registration includes: conference materials; lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday; and Tuesday evening reception. Early discount registrants will also receive a one-year individual ASWM membership (through 12/09). (Organizations registering three or more individuals as a group may request a corporate membership instead.)
