Posters and Displays will be set-up in the Oregon room where the Tuesday evening reception will be held. Space in this area is available for non-commercial posters/displays by conference participants only. If you would like to reserve a poster session or display space, please see Poster/Display Space Registration Form

Poster/Displays may be set up on Tuesday, September 16 beginning at 12:00 noon and must be taken down by 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 17.

If you would like to reserve a poster session or display space, please fill out the Poster/Display Space Registration Form and return by August 1, 2008. Please also see the Poster Session/Display Rules and Regulations for additional information on display space, set-up and take down, shipping instructions, etc.

Exhibit Space

Exhibit space in the main exhibit area is available through symposium sponsorship of $1,000 or more. Exhibits will be located in the Holladay, Broadway and Weidler rooms where the breaks and lunches are held on Tuesday and Wednesday. For more information, please see Sponsorship Levels.

If you would like to become a sponsor, please fill out the Sponsor Commitment Form and return by August 1, 2008. Please also see the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations for additional information.
