Updates

The following corrections and additions have been made since the Toolkit was published:

1. Section titled "Local Goverment Methods of Wetland Protection." Paragraph in narrative titled SEQRA, Wetlands, and Watersheds. First paragraph, third (last) sentence now reads: "Under SEQRA, any Type I or Unlisted activities that might impact the environmental characteristics of a designated CEA are a relevent area of environmental concern and must be evaluated in the determination of significance prepared pursuant to Section 617.7 of this Part."

2. Section 7 addition: An Introduction and User's Guide to Wetland Restoration, Creation, and Enhancement Designed to achieve two goals: introduce non-technical readers to the basics of wetland projects including planning, implementing, and monitoring; and direct interested persons to documents and resources specific to a particular region or wetland type.
