Michael Baker Corporation is seeking an Environmental Specialist or Wetlands Specialist for their Moon Township, Pennsylvania office. Candidate will function in a mid-level position, performing and leading staff on work tasks related to wetlands and streams related assignments to support a variety of private and public clients.  Candidate must demonstrate recent experience with US Army Corps of Engineers wetlands delineation manual and supplements, including Rapanos guidance.  Candidate should possess working knowledge of wetlands and streams biology and water chemistry. Recent experience with federal and state permitting for both impacts and mitigation in jurisdictional waters, especially in Pennsylvania/West Virginia and Ohio.  Candidate that can demonstrate strong existing relationships with regulatory agencies will receive preference.
