1. Consolidating Permitting.

In Indiana, for 401 Water Quality Certification (401 WQC), IDEM has two application forms for 401 WQC. IDEM’s Regional General Permit (RGP) Notification Form is for projects with minimal impacts/no mitigation required and the Application for Authorization to Discharge Dredged or Fill Materials to Isolated Wetlands and/or Waters of the state is required for projects with more extensive impacts, impacts to rare or ecologically important wetland types, designated salmonid waters, Outstanding State Resource Waters/Exceptional Use Streams, and for all projects that require mitigation.
