On December 17, 2009, President Obama signed the FY 2010 Consolidated Appropriations Act, which includes the coming year's budget for the Department of Justice, the FBI, the SEC and other enforcement agencies. The new appropriations follow the EPA's budget, which the President signed in October. The agencies' budget justifications and appropriation levels provide insight into their enforcement priorities and increased capabilities.
